On the ground floor of the house we have converted a business premises into a 3-room apartment and designed it completely new and modern. The living area has also been thermally upgraded.
In the basement, an approx. 40n²-large room was converted into a private media centre, which is connected to the ground floor with a beautiful, elegant spiral staircase made of black steel. Including the bar and technical connections, there are numerous options for using the room – from private cinema to digital meeting room.
